These are great and presentable. It keeps drinks cool but not as cool as ice would. But it still does a great job. If you place these into hot coffee, it takes a while to cool down. I add in an ice or two to get my drinks a little cooler when it’s hot and then add these to keep it cold.

Since these are marketed as Stainless Steel Ice Cubes, – Reusable Whiskey Stones I first tried them with that beverage. They worked Okay but I found I preferred the mellowing of the Whiskey provided by the melting ice cubes. My wife prefers wine to Whiskey and she occasionally adds ice cubes to her wine if it is not chilled enough. I suggested she try these Stainless Steel Ice Cubes, and I also tried some wine with the Stainless Steel Ice Cubes. The result was a chilled wine that did not become diluted by melting ice. The cubes are durable, easy to clean and a great conversation starter when friends drop by.

I really like using reusable ice because it doesn’t dilute what I’m drinking. These are not real good at cooling your drink but great at keeping it cold. I use contigo insulated mug/cups, with cold soda, water or whatever it my drink stays ice cold several hours, certainly long enough for me to finish.
