I bought these because olive oil goes bad if you leave the big bottle out on the counter. They’ve got a neat little dispenser that is great if you want to use butter also. Just take a swipe through the butter and then apply it to the pan while squeezing the olive oil out. I highly recommend this.

Oils need to be in a dark colored glass to allow a longer shelf life. Aside from that this is a a useful gadget and I use it all the time. If they could change the glass to be tinted that would make it a top notch product. In the meantime you can put it in the cupboard when not in use to protect the oil in the bottle.
