How Can I Track My Order?

“I ordered multiple items, but I received only one package.”
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages due to different warehouses or product availability. Please allow additional time for all items to arrive.

“I paid for my order, but I did not receive a confirmation email.”

“I placed an order, but I want to cancel it. Is that possible?”
We understand that plans can change. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel it for you. However, please note that a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover refund processing costs charged by our payment gateway. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
