We process orders between Monday to Friday 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm PT. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50*. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will apply based on your location. We ship to various countries worldwide, and the estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location. For the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery. For other countries, it may take 10-20 business days for your order to arrive.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@epicproductfinds.com, and we will be happy to assist you in tracking your shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to different origins or the need to customize some items.

We understand that you may need to cancel your order for unforeseen reasons. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to cancel it for you. However, please note that we will deduct a 5% cancellation fee from your refund to cover the refund fee charged to us by our payment gateway.
