Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced . If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 20 days after delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging .
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Please contact our customer service team at support@epicproductfinds.com to confirm the return address before sending the package.

Notes:

  • Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to a 20-day refund.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of preference), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.
  • If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect items shipped), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee .

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will email you a notification of receipt.
  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved:

  • Your refund will be processed promptly.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is reflected.
