Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Epicproductfinds! We take pride in providing quality products and excellent customer service, and our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are unavoidable.

That’s why we’ve made our return process super easy. We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and defective items within 30 days of receipt. If you are returning an item that is not defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us.

Once we receive your return, we’ll start the refund process promptly. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to the account it was originally taken from. You’ll receive an email confirming the completion of the refund process.

Please be aware that for returns within the 30-day return period due to customer preference (not related to defects, shipping damage, or incorrectly delivered product), a 10% ~ 15% restocking fee will be charged.
