At first I thought this product didn't work at all because when I squeezed the top bulb no oil came up into it. Finally I figure out if I unscrew the lid and have it just sitting on top of the jar, then it works. It just needed to be able to let air in for the bulb part to work. Not the best design, but I enjoy using it now that I've figured it out.

This pair of oil dispensers come in bubblewrap inside a plain cardboard box. They are easy to put together. All of the silicone parts come apart so they can be cleaned. This oil dispenser is pretty genius and very handy! There is a straw in the lid that goes into the oil bottle. You can squeeze the bulb on the brush and it will suck oil into the brush. From there you can use the silicone brush to apply it or you can squeeze the bulb to drizzle. The brush fits tightly to the lid and there are drain holes in the brush holder so any excess oil can fall back into the bottle.This is a great way to apply precise amounts of oil without making a mess!
