   Only flaw is the gap in the handle, if you're cooking thin/runny foods like egg, it will leak through a little bit and its a bit of an inconvenience to clean, still better than eating chips of non stick coating.
   
   Just make sure not to brown whatever you're cooking in the mold because it will stick even with oil, remove mold as soon as the food takes a bit of shape.

   Be sure to put or spray oil inside the mold or it will stick to the mold. It takes practice for sure
